The Safari Drive project is located on the old Safari Resort site just north of Camelback Road and east of Scottsdale Road along the Scottsdale Waterfront. The 14-acre property was designed to encompass a seven city block mixed-use community. At project build-out, the site will consist of residential, hotel, office, and retail uses. DEA completed civil construction drawings for Phase III, which included a bank/office building, restaurants, and an underground parking structure. Services included preliminary and final grading and drainage plans, drainage report, water and sewer plans, and construction observation.
