Owner’s Representative for the Sellwood Bridge Replacement

Multnomah County completed an environmental impact statement (EIS) supporting a decision to replace the aging, deteriorating Sellwood Bridge. DEA worked with the County to successfully deliver a high-profile, multimodal bridge and roadway project.
