ESA/CWA Compliance

Environmental protection laws, such as the National Environmental Policy Act and the Endangered Species Act, provide a framework for the technical studies, impact assessments, and public involvement programs needed for balancing these interests. Since 1976, DEA has helped clients anticipate potential environmental impacts as well as permit procedures and requirements. We have developed an approach to conducting environmental analyses that helps us to successfully facilitate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
