Camp Williams Substation
PacifiCorp contracted DEA to expand an existing 345 kV substation site by adding four breaker-and-a-half bays and a new 138 kV yard. DEA provided grading and drainage design, retaining wall design, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) development, and permitting support for the entire site.
